Neighborhoods
 
The Club has many neighborhoods that offer a range of homes to meet your needs. Each has its own character and is filled with residents who welcome newcomers warmly. As your needs change over the years, you may be inclined to move to a different home within the community.  Approximately one in ten of our members do exactly that, which speaks volumes about our residents’ love of the community.

Maintained neighborhoods include Cheval, Cheval South, Lansbrook, Vestavia, Wellington and Wentworth properties. Here the quarterly fees include landscape maintenance of all exterior trees and plantings. If you have a green thumb or just enjoy taking care of your yard, you have many other properties from which to select your home.
